The eight precautions for installing LED traffic lights are things that our staff need to pay special attention to. This is the prerequisite to ensure the quality of their installation.

The layout method of LED traffic signal lights:

1. The circuit layout of LED traffic lights must first understand the circuit board, you must understand the manufacturing process, and can make a simple circuit board by hand.

2. It has the ability to detect traffic signal components. During the installation process, a large number of components need to be installed, so the installation program must identify various components.

3. The circuit layout of LED traffic lights has debugging function. After the installation is complete, you need to debug whether it can be used normally, so the installation program needs to master the debugging function.

4. Bench drills, toothless saws, cutting machines and other electric tools used for processing are all equipped with leakage protection devices. Before using the testing machine, the operator should wear protective glasses.

5. In the storage area of resin glue and paint, fire sources should be eliminated, and sufficient fire fighting equipment should be placed. When painting, please wear a protective mask and take a break for continuous ventilation for 2 hours.

6. The scaffolding should be firmly installed and used after inspection. The load used must not be concentrated and must not exceed the design load.

7. If there are strong winds and rain or snow above level 6, all high-altitude operations should be stopped.
