The battery life must not only be long enough, but also be able to work normally in a larger temperature range. The material inside the battery is a chemical substance, if the temperature is too high or too low, it will not work properly. Therefore, its operating temperature range must meet the requirements of the actual use environment. The relevant standards of the Ministry of Transport require that the solar road studs must work normally within the range of -10°C to 50°C. In fact, the ambient temperature of solar road studs often exceeds this range, which requires more reliable and higher-performance batteries to make solar road studs.

3. Environmental adaptability of solar road studs

The environment on the road is complex and changeable, and the temperature and humidity may be very different. Solar road studs must be able to adapt to this change. The temperature is very low in winter and very high in summer, and the temperature difference between day and night is particularly large, which will affect the working efficiency of solar road studs. Therefore, the adaptability of the application environment must be fully considered when designing solar road studs.
